Beginning with Baptism, the gift of faith is developed through Religious Education. It is begun in the home and strengthened through the Eucharist at Mass. Our curriculum will provide information and experiences that will help students develop a deeper and more personal relationship with Jesus and the Catholic Church.

Kindergarten through 8th grade – All children are welcome!Classes meet evenings from mid-September to mid-May. Saint Anne: Classes meet Tuesday evenings from 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm. Saint Charles: Classes meet Monday evenings from 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm. We have begun the process of registering families for the 2017-2018 Religious Education Program. Please review, complete and return the attached registration form. The first day of class will be either Monday, September 18, 2017 or Tuesday, September 19, 2017, depending on your parish. Our first class will be with parents and students in the school gym at Saint Charles or the Community Hall at Saint Anne. It will be a brief meeting to discuss our school year and introduce our teachers. Everyone will be excused after the meeting. Please register before September 6, 2017 so that the appropriate books and supplies may be ordered and to insure that we will have enough students to hold classes. The sooner, the better!!! Thank you for your cooperation! Once both the registration and medical forms below are complete, please return the information with your deposit of $50 per student to the Religious Education Office in the Offertory Basket (in an envelope labeled Religious Education Office), Parish Office or by mail addressed to Religious Education, attention: Gina Baker, 8033 N Dixie, Newport, Michigan 48166.

Second grade sacrament retreat fee – $15 per student
Confirmation retreat fee – $35 per student

Partial payments are accepted. Tuition must be paid in full by February 28. $25 deposit is deducted from the tuition due.
